The Mama Connection
About This Event
The Mama Connection is a weekly, in-person support group designed to give mamas a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space to connect with one another. Mamas can share what’s going on in their lives, talk through the highs and lows of motherhood, ask for support, or simply come listen. There are no expectations or pressure to participate, mamas are welcome to come exactly as they are.
Mama Connection provides:
- A safe space to share, listen, and connect with other mamas
- Peer support and a sense of community
- An opportunity to talk openly about the everyday experiences and challenges of motherhood
Schedule:
- Wednesdays: 9:00 AM–10:30 AM, starting September 2nd
- Thursdays: 6:00 PM–7:30 PM, starting September 3rd

Due to limited space, kiddos under 5 are welcome to attend with their mama. Mamas are also welcome to attend without their children.
