Breathwork/ Fascial Maneuvers Combo Class - 1st Friday

Join Our Breathwork/ Fascial Maneuvers Combo Class!

Our bodies are filled with energy. Incorporating fascial maneuvers can activate the body's natural healing and growth processes. A fascial maneuver combines intention, movement, and breath to relieve tension that limits our movement and body functions.

Learn to breathe in rhythmic fashion to quiet your thinking brain so your feeling brain can process without the interruptions. Expand your consciousness, find deep connection and inner peace while you become more present and less reactive. We welcome you to join us for this transformative experience.

May you never be the same!
