STILL

Sound + Meditation + Reiki

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is stop.

STILL is a quiet healing circle designed to create space for rest, presence and connection.

We'll begin together with breathwork and a guided meditation, allowing the body and mind to settle.

From there, you'll have time to simply be.

You may sit. You may lie down. You may notice your breath, listen to the sound, drift in and out of awareness or simply enjoy having nowhere else to be.

During the meditation, Reiki will be offered throughout the room as you remain in your own practice.

There is nothing you need to do and nothing you need to figure out.

Just receive.

We'll gently close the circle together at the end of the experience.

Come exactly as you are. Leave the rest at the door.

No previous meditation or Reiki experience is required.
