We will explore the AREM method, an easy four-step framework that helps you organize your thoughts in seconds and answer with clarity and confidence.

A – Answer: Start with a direct response. No wandering, no warm-up.
R – Reason: Explain why you believe it.
E – Example: Bring it to life with a story, fact, or personal experience.
M – Message: Wrap up by restating your main point so it sticks.

Whether you’re in a job interview, a team meeting, or chatting at a networking event, AREM gives you a reliable structure to fall back on when you’re put on the spot.

• 10:00 – 10:10 AM — Networking & Welcome
• 10:10 – 11:25 AM — Toastmasters Program: prepared speeches on clarity, brevity, and precision · constructive evaluations focused on impact · Table Topics (impromptu speaking — you've got seconds, not minutes, to land your point!)
• 11:25 – 11:30 AM — Q&A (stick around after — sometimes the best point is made after the meeting ends)

A detailed agenda will be shared at the start of the meeting. Meeting starts promptly at 10:10 AM.
