Three Hours That Will Change How You Run Your SHARS Program

• Section 1: SHARS 360 — The New Landscape

You'll get a clear picture of what changed at the federal and state level, what those changes mean specifically for Texas SHARS and where your district is most exposed going into FY27.

• Section 2: By Design — A New Consulting Model

You'll see the model MSB rebuilt in FY26, including how we introduced draft cost reports at the start of the year, quarterly checkpoints and consulting that starts with your data, not with the filing deadline.

• Section 3: Program Insight — Success Center and Analytics

You'll get hands-on time in your district's personalized MSB Success Center and inside MSB Analytics, the tool that shows you which students are in your IEP ratio, where consent is missing and where unposted sessions are sitting.

• Section 4: Built for FY27 — Product and Partnership

You'll see what's new at MSB, including Speech to Text in X Logs, MSB Learning courses and coming features like the Billing Command Center and Second Look Services. We'll also walk through how MSB partners with you across RMTS, interim billing, cost reporting and MAC.

This event is open to all districts, regardless of vendor, and is provided at no cost to attendees.
