The Sacred Threshold is a monthly circle for anyone seeking clarity, grounding, and meaningful connection. It is a gentle, spiritually-rooted sanctuary where you can explore your inner world, meet supportive guides, and integrate what life is currently asking of you.

Whether you're new to spiritual practice or a seasoned practitioner, you'll find a welcoming, emotionally safe container to simply be.

The Experience

Each circle is limited to 10 participants to preserve depth, intimacy, and safety. Every gathering includes:

• Grounding Arrival: A centering practice to help you settle into your body and the present moment.
• Opening Share: A gentle (always optional) round where each person names where they're at and what they're brining into the circle.
• Journaling & Silent Reflection: Time to explore your inner landscape with prompts that support clarity, insight, and spiritual connection.
• Guided Meditation: A soothing practice to help you soften, listen inward, and receive guidance.
• Integration Space: Closing time to weave insights into your daily life so the circle's energy continues long after you leave.

October Circle Theme: Spirit Guides & Sacred Companions

Every chapter of life brings unique lessons, challenges, and opportunities for growth. In this circle, you'll explore the season you're currently moving through and identify where you're seeking support, clarity, or direction. Through guided reflection and meditation, you'll have the opportunity to connect with a spiritual guide who wishes to work with you at this time, whether they appear as an ancestor, animal, spirit, or another supportive presence. We'll close by exploring a tarot or oracle spread designed to help you continue building a relationship with your guide long after the circle ends.

November Circle Theme: The Timeline Shift

What if the life you're longing for begins with a single courageous choice? In this circle, we'll explore the timeline you're being called toward and the version of yourself that already exists within it. Through guided reflection, meditation, and tarot or oracle work, you'll gain insight into what is ready to be released and what is asking to emerge. As part of our closing ritual, participants will bring a small sentimental object they are willing to part with and take part in a symbolic act of release, honoring the truth that transformation often requires us to let go of what is familiar in order to create space for something new.

Note: Please bring a small item of personal significance that you are genuinely willing to release. It should hold meaning, but not be irreplaceable or highly valuable.

Where: HQ | The Commons (downstairs)

When: Sunday, October 4, 2026 and/or Sunday, November 8, 2026. Note: Tickets to each circle are sold separately.

Time: 6:30-8:30 PM

Investment: $33.33

What to bring:

• A journal & pen
• A deck of tarot or oracle cards (Don't worry if you're new to this practice; I always bring extra)
• Mat, pillow, blanket, bolster, eye mask and anything else to help you settle into the meditation (Again, we'll have extra, if you're missing anything).
• For November: Small item of personal significance to be released (please see the above description for more information)
