GCLI Ballot Party: Know Your Vote, Create Your Voice! Ready to make your voice heard? Join GCLI for our Ballot Party, a fun, youth-centered space to learn about the upcoming 2026 Midterm Elections, explore the ballot, and break down ballot measures in a way that’s easy to understand! We’ll walk through what’s on the ballot, discuss what ballot measures mean, and explore how local and national elections can impact our communities. Whether you’re a first-time voter or simply looking to learn more, this is an opportunity to get informed, ask questions, and feel more confident heading into Election Day. And of course, it wouldn’t be a party without some creativity and fun!

What to Expect:

Ballot Breakdown: Learn how to read your ballot and understand ballot measures.

Midterm Election Education: Explore what’s at stake and why elections matter.

Cookie Making: Get creative and make something sweet!

Bracelet Making: Design your own bracelet and express yourself.

Button Making: Create custom buttons that represent your voice and values.

Food, Snacks & Community: Enjoy good food, fun activities, and time to connect with other young people.

At GCLI, we believe an informed youth is an empowered youth. Come learn, create, connect, and build the confidence to participate in shaping the future of our communities. Bring your curiosity, bring a friend, and come ready to celebrate the power of your voice!

*This event is nonpartisan and educational. Our goal is to help young people understand the ballot and make informed decisions for themselves.
