be you disco

this is not a dance class. this is not a party.

Be You Disco is a somatic dance experience. part dance floor, part therapy, part ritual. and it happens under the full moon on singer island beach.

you show up. headphones on. and for the next two hours your body gets to lead.

we open with meditation and breathwork so you actually arrive. then carolina panoff, certified life coach, guides you into free movement. no choreography. no right way. just you and whatever wants to come through.

that is why it is called Be You Disco.

we take you on a journey through joy, release, and real connection. rage and laughter and everything in between. all in one night.

you will move through feelings. shake off what you have been carrying. and land somewhere lighter than where you started.

by the end the strangers you moved with feel like family. because something shifts when people stop performing and start feeling together.

this is for anyone who has been looking for somewhere to put it all.

no performing. no perfection. just presence.

*Bring water, a towel, and something comfortable to move in. Comfort over aesthetics, always.
