"Illuminate LIVE™ with Latia Vaughan" is a global leadership summit and impact experience — the flagship annual gathering where visionaries, founders, innovators, and world-changing leaders converge to illuminate the future.

Convening 1,500 women leaders, supporters of women, and next-era changemakers, Illuminate LIVE is not another conference, it is a purpose-driven movement designed to shape the future of business, culture, wellness, technology, and human advancement.

Rooted in futurism, leadership development, empowerment, and world-class storytelling, the experience blends bold ideas with transformative human connection.

This is where leadership expands.
Where innovation meets humanity.
Where the next era is illuminated.

Not another event. Another world.

As the flagship annual experience launched in Rochester, New York, Illuminate LIVE™ introduces a new category of leadership convening; one built around depth, impact, and the collective evolution of women and those committed to building the future alongside them.
