The Reset: Autumn Sound Bath

The Studio at Marin Art and Garden Center becomes a sanctuary this November, as Jodi McLean and guest sound practitioners create space to exhale before the season shifts into full swing. As the autumn gardens hold the space around you, the resonant frequencies of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and vocals will carry you into deep relaxation, untangling tension, quieting the mind, and returning your nervous system to a place of ease. Arrive early to wander the gardens and invite someone to share a moment of stillness.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear warm, comfortable clothing with extra layers. Traditionally done lying down on your back, this experience might be more comfortable for you if you bring extra supplies for yourself (pillows, and maybe an eye pillow to take your audio experience to the next level).
