The Black Healing Space: Breathwork, Sound Healing & Gentle Yoga

Join us for the Black Healing Space on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Studio 108 in Lyndhurst, NJ. This in-person event aims to create a safe and nurturing space for the Black community to come together and heal.

We are honored to open this healing circle with gentle yoga led by Katelynne Hickson from Umoja In Motion, allowing you to connect with your breath and body through mindful movement.Then through breath work and sound healing, we facilitate a transformative healing experience that helps release anxiety, stress, and trauma from the body while helping you focus on gratitude, peace and love. We do this all in the safety of community with facilitators who are trained in spiritual care and well-being.
