The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts presents the Chamber Music Series featuring the West Texas Jazz Orchestra on December 3, 2026 from 6-8 PM in the Grand Hall of the museum.
The West Texas Jazz Orchestra brings the excitement and sophistication of the big band tradition to a vibrant evening setting designed for both listening and dancing. Featuring some of the finest jazz and studio musicians in West Texas, the ensemble delivers a high-energy program that spans swing-era classics, Latin grooves, and contemporary big band arrangements.
Presented as a 6:00 p.m. happy-hour style event, this concert invites audiences to enjoy great music in a social atmosphere where tables, conversation, and a dance floor are part of the experience. From driving brass sections to expressive solo features, the orchestra showcases the timeless appeal of jazz as both concert art and community celebration.
This performance is an open invitation to get out of your seat and move with the music.
Ticket prices are subject to change for in-person tickets to account for taxes, service fees, or processing costs applied at the time of purchase.
