Join us on the stunning rooftop of the 2100 Kettner Building for a 45-minute all-levels yoga flow led by CorePower & F45 Little Italy instructor Amanda Hyssong. Move, breathe, and recharge while taking in 360° views of the San Diego Bay.

Enjoy live DJ beats, swag bags for our first 60 attendees, and local vendor pop-ups! Doors open at 10 AM, class begins at 10:30 AM, with time after to browse and connect. Just bring your mat and good vibes.

Globally, over 2.3 million women are diagnosed with breast cancer each year. In the U.S., 1 in 8 women will face this diagnosis at some point in their lifetime. But to my family, breast cancer isn’t just a statistic, it’s personal. In 2019, our journey began when my aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer. Then, in 2022, we faced the same fear all over again when my mom received the same diagnosis.

On January 24, 2023, we experienced a moment of gratitude as my mom rang the bell, marking her remission. We became one of the lucky ones. But on February 5, 2025, our hearts broke with the passing of my beloved Aunt Sue.

So this November, we will walk 60 miles in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day in her honor and in honor of every family who has faced breast cancer. It’s our way of fighting back, funding groundbreaking research, and spreading awareness so fewer families have to endure this pain.

And that is why we are asking for your support.
