Our nervous system is constantly responding to the world around us. When life becomes busy or overwhelming, we can find ourselves moving through familiar patterns of tension, reactivity, disconnection, or exhaustion. Learning to recognize these patterns can give us more choice in how we respond.
Through nervous system education, somatic practices, gentle movement, guided reflection, and small-group connection, you'll explore simple ways to reconnect with your body and support your capacity to meet life's challenges.
With the holidays approaching, a season that can bring both connection and increased stress, this workshop offers an opportunity to build a toolkit of supportive practices you can return to when life feels especially full.
What to Expect
No previous yoga, meditation, or nervous system experience is necessary.
Rather than trying to eliminate stress, we'll explore how to build our capacity to meet it with greater presence, curiosity, and choice.
Come as you are and leave with practical tools to support a more grounded and connected relationship with yourself.
