Playground Lounge Sober Bar + Art Collective

Playground Lounge is the weekend vibe you've been waiting for. During the day, Playground Art + Coffee is a bright, whimsical coffee shop. At night, she puts on a sparkly shirt and a smoky eye to serve our sober bar menu, alongside a free interactive community art experience.

Playground Lounge is the perfect way to unwind and wipe away your weekday stress – without the hangover. Drink something, make something, share something, and chill with folks who love what you love in a fun, inclusive space. Like everything we do, Playground Lounge includes yummy drinks, craft chocolate, comfy seats, and great conversation.

Every Playground Lounge night features a free themed collage art activation by the San Diego Collage Collective. Led by incredble local collage artists Robin Roberts and GE Vogt, we offer free supplies, beginner-friendly tips and project ideas, plus plenty of encouragement to help you create a collage of your own.

Playground Lounge is part of the Playground Dopamine Thursdays series. Dopamine Thursdays always feature a quick hit of color and low-impact fun to help you ease into weekend mode. Whether you come for Free Vinyl Night, an art workshop, a gaming night, or a chocolate tasting, Playground Art + Coffee is designed to help grown-ups make time to play.
