Core Calisthenics Training

Core Calisthenics is a bodyweight strength-focused class designed to build deep core power, stability, and active mobility. Have you ever wondered how some people can easily get into a handstand and hold their bodies with so much ease? That's all deep core strength! Rooted in calisthenics, Greek for 'beautiful strength', this class emphasizes controlled, functional movement that translates into daily life, athletic performance, and a powerful advanced yoga asana practice. Expect planks and side planks, teasers, squats, and wall-supported strength training. Yoga props are used to support or progress the work.

All levels welcome. Options and progressions are always offered so you can move at your own pace and build confident, sustainable strength the Glow way.
