You'll learn:

• How funders actually assess applications - what they're scanning for, and the mistakes that quietly lose points even in strong projects
• The 5 Ps framework - Purpose, Problem, Promise, Proof, Partnership, a practical structure for thinking through your project before you start writing
• How to plan your budget so it holds up under scrutiny, and avoid the common mistakes that make funders question an application's credibility
• The difference between activities and outcomes - and why funders care about outcomes first

Throughout the day, you'll work directly on your own charity or project, not a hypothetical example; using guided worksheets, and leave with a completed one-page skeleton of your own funding application, ready to build on.
