October marks the beginning of olive oil harvest season, and we're celebrating the way we like best: around a table, with good food, good wine, and a little curiosity.
Join Chef Gabi Chappel at The Eden for an intimate olive oil tasting exploring the journey from olive to bottle. Gabi will guide you through harvesting, flavor profiles, countries of origin, and what makes each oil unique, with plenty of opportunities to taste along the way.
To pair, Chef Gabi will serve a selection of small bites inspired by the season and made with local produce, letting the olive oils really shine.
Your experience includes an olive oil tasting, one complimentary glass of wine, and seasonal bites.
