Meditation and Bhakti Yoga Classes - Santa Monica

Welcome to Meditation and Bhakti Yoga Classes with Kirtan,

Each Saturday we invite you to join us having a relaxing meditation and kirtan to let go of the stress from your life and rejuvinate for the upcoming week. You are invited to come and participate in the free meditation classes and kirtan. If there are any friends and family you would like to invite, please feel free to bring them along. Our regular weekly program for each Saturday: (If there is noone new attending, we will have kirtan and a class with Q & A (with no introduction class), so all regulars are welcome to attend. Meditation classes are given upon request for new guest.

3:00 - 3:20pm Meditation Class with Gauranga Breathing and Japa Meditation

3:20 - 3:30pm Q & A

3:30 - 4:00pm Kirtan
