Reset @ Regent Santa Monica: Full Moon Past Lives Meditation & Sound Bath

Join us in person for a special Full Moon gathering this spooky season - an evening of guided meditation and immersive sound designed to invite deep relaxation, reflection, and self-exploration.

Jeroen will guide a Past Lives Regression Meditation inspired by Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). You’ll enter a calm, receptive state where imagery, memories, emotions, and unexpected associations may naturally surface. Rather than interpreting these experiences as literal or trying to prove what arises, the practice invites curiosity - using the subconscious and imagination as tools for personal reflection and insight.

Nevin will also be guiding a deeply restorative Sound Bath, creating space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and integrate the experience.

Come get comfortable, quiet the outside noise, explore what lies beneath the surface, and experience the Full Moon together.
