Harmonic Healing Circle: Free Weekly Community Gathering

The Harmonic Healing Circle is a free 90-minute community gathering, meeting Mondays at 12:30pm in downtown Sarasota. If you have been carrying exhaustion that sleep doesn't touch, tension that never fully releases, or the sense that your body stopped responding the way it used to, you are exactly who this circle is for.

Each week we sit together, learn one simple thing about how the body stores and releases stress, and practice a tool you can take home and use the same day. There is nothing to buy and nothing to prepare. You don't need to understand anything before you walk in. Your body will do the understanding for you.

We move through a different area of the spine each week in a repeating cycle, so you can join any Monday and never feel behind.

Free parking behind the building on Links Avenue, elevator to the 2nd floor. Come as you are. Every body is welcome.

Getting here: We're in the Bank of Tampa building at 1858 Ringling Blvd, on the 2nd floor in Suite 209. Free parking is in the lot behind the building, accessed from Links Avenue. From the parking lot, enter through the rear entrance and take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor. Suite 209 is right down the hall.

What to expect: This is a seated gathering, no table work and nothing physical to prepare for. Wear whatever is comfortable. We begin at 12:30, so arriving 5 to 10 minutes early gives you time to settle in. Water is available, and feel free to bring your own.

First time? You don't need to know anything about Spinal Flow to attend. This circle is part of Harmonic Spinal Flow, a nervous system healing practice here in town.
