Arrive, collect your branded coconut, and meet your girlies before we head to the mats for 45 minutes of EASOW Signature Pilates. We’ll move with gratitude, then slow down together with breathwork and a sound bath.

Afterwards, matcha is on the house, light bites are waiting, and you’re free to enjoy the rest of the experience at your own pace.

Make yourself a bouquet, try our partners’ wellness shots, browse the vendors, or find a quiet moment in the red light room. There’s time for photos, conversations, and getting to know someone beyond a quick hello.

Before you leave, pick up your curated wellness goodie bag to take a little of the morning home with you.

About EASOW

EASOW brings integrative health, functional Pilates, and community together in one space. It began with a personal wish to create a place where women feel heard, understand their bodies better, and have people to turn to along the way.

This gathering marks the beginning of EASOW Experiences in California, with Toronto and Goa to follow.
