Lunch, Walk, & Talk - Join Our Chaparral Park Moai!

Looking for a fresh way to break up your Monday and connect with others in your community?

Join Blue Zones Project® Scottsdale for a weekly Moai at beautiful Chaparral Park - where we’ll enjoy lunch, good conversation, and an easygoing walk together.

This Moai puts a fun twist on the traditional walking group. Bring a "sack" lunch and we'll start with giving everyone a chance to eat, chat, and get to know one another for 30 minutes. Then, we’ll lace up our shoes and spend the next 30 minutes walking around the park.

It’s a simple way to make your lunch break more social, get some movement in, and start your week on a positive note. Bring your own lunch, invite a friend, wear your Blue Zones T-shirt, and come ready to connect!

If you don't have a Blue Zones T-shirt, we'll provide you with one!

🗓 When: Every Monday, starting October 19
⏰ Time: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 Where: Chaparral Park

🥪 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Bring a lunch and enjoy some time to eat and connect with the group.

👟 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: We’ll head out for a relaxed group walk around the park.

No need to be a seasoned walker - all ages and fitness levels are welcome! Just bring your lunch, comfortable shoes, and a willingness to meet some new people.
