Join Soulnique Sound and Balance Studio on the first Friday of every month 7:00 - 9:00 pm for an evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and ease into your weekend feeling grounded and restored.

Each gathering begins with a 60-minute immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and other therapeutic instruments to support deep relaxation, quiet the mental noise, and invites a sense of inner stillness.

Then stay awhile.

After the sound bath, the evening opens into relaxed community time - a chance to connect, linger, and meet like-minded people. Each month may look a little different, with light bites and mocktails, local wellness pop-ups, special guests, seasonal experiences, and other ways to gather and connect.

Whether you're brand new to sound baths or already part of the wellness community, this is a welcoming space to create a monthly ritual of self-care.

What to Expect

Arrive, settle into your space, and get comfortable. We'll begin with a brief grounding before you lie back and allow the sound experience to unfold around you. Afterward, you'll be gently guided back before we transition into our community gathering.

No meditation or sound bath experience is necessary. Simply come as you are.

Everything you need to get comfortable is provided, blankets, pillows, bolsters, and eye masks.
