About This Event

Periods of professional transition invite you to take a fresh look at what you do best and how to use those strengths to move forward. CliftonStrengths provides a powerful lens for understanding the natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that shape how you lead, work, connect, and create value.

In this interactive workshop produced by Formidable Media and led by Executive Coach Loala McCann, you will explore the Top Five CliftonStrengths and consider how your unique combination of talents can help you navigate what’s next — a big new role, a career pivot, a major life change, and more. Through individual reflection and group discussion, you will discover new insights and identify practical ways to use your strengths more intentionally. You’ll leave with clear actions you can take in service of your next chapter.

The ticket price includes a full CliftonStrengths 24 Assessment (a $60 value), as well as heavy appetizers and alcoholic and NA beverages.

Key outcomes:

  • Deepen your understanding of your strengths and how they show up in your work.
  • Articulate what you uniquely bring to the table, providing language you can use to strengthen your personal brand.
  • Apply your strengths to a current transition or challenge, whether that involves leading through growth, pursuing a new role, launching a business, or determining what comes next.
  • Identify one or two specific ways to use your strengths more intentionally as they move forward.

Loala McCann is an Executive Coach who specializes in working with leaders in transition: promotions, role changes, career pivots, retirement and more. She’s passionate about removing the invisible barriers that hold leaders and teams back from realizing their peak performance and full potential.

Prior to becoming a full-time executive coach and facilitator, Loala navigated an extensive and rewarding career in human resources. She spent the majority of her corporate career in the health care industry, including health care insurance and medical technologies. Most recently, she led the HR teams for a global medical device company based in the Seattle area.
