Vocal Workshop & Masterclass: Halloween Edition

Explore your voice through technique, expression, and performance in a hands-on vocal workshop and open masterclass. Costumes welcome!

Find your voice. Refine your sound. Own your performance.

Singing is more than hitting the right notes. It's about understanding your instrument, developing your own sound, and finding the confidence to express yourself.

Join singer, songwriter, and vocal educator Ben Dyleuth (@bendyleuth) for an interactive evening exploring vocal technique, musical expression, and performance at The Fishbowl Art Gallery in Seattle.

Whether you're a singer-songwriter, karaoke enthusiast, casual singer, or working musician, this workshop offers practical tools to help you sing with greater freedom, confidence, and intention.

What We'll Explore

• Breath & Vocal Foundations: Develop breath support, coordination, and greater control over your voice.
• Tone & Resonance: Explore vocal color, placement, and ways to develop a more consistent sound across your range.
• Range & Power: Discover approaches to singing with greater strength and flexibility without unnecessary tension.
• Expression & Musicality: Connect technique to phrasing, interpretation, and your personal artistic identity.
• Performance & Confidence: Learn how to approach singing with greater presence, intention, and trust in your voice.

Workshop + Open Masterclass

We'll begin with guided group exercises and demonstrations before moving into an open masterclass, where participants can volunteer to sing and receive personalized feedback.

Bring a song, a question, or simply your curiosity. Participation in the masterclass is entirely optional, and there's plenty to learn from listening and observing.

This is a supportive, collaborative space to experiment, ask questions, and grow as a singer.

Who It's For

• Singer-songwriters and recording artists
• Karaoke enthusiasts
• Casual singers looking to build confidence
• Working musicians and performers
• Anyone curious about exploring their voice

All experience levels are welcome. No auditions or prior vocal training required.
