Adult martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes in Takoma Park, Maryland, at WDC BJJ (GFTeam DC) — a family-owned academy led by Professor Deivid Dias, a GFTeam black belt and Hall of Fame member. Whether your goal is self-defense, fitness, stress relief, or competition, you will learn real Brazilian jiu-jitsu in a structured, welcoming program built for adults of every level, including complete beginners. This ticket reserves ONE free trial class. The trial class is free — ongoing classes are membership-based, and you sign up for a membership to keep training. Programs: Adults Gi All Levels, Adults No-Gi, and beginner-friendly classes, plus a women's-only program. Classes run Monday through Saturday, including 6:00 PM Adults Gi All Levels and 6:00 PM No-Gi sessions; Fridays at 6:00 PM are Adults Gi All Levels, beginners welcome. Your first class is a free trial — you join a real class, meet the team, and decide after. Membership: $189/month on a 4-month term, $179/month on an 8-month term, or $169/month on a 1-year term, plus a one-time $100 registration fee. Enrollment includes a free uniform.
