A Taste of Italy with South Dakota Mines Alumni
About This Event
Together, we'll prepare and enjoy a three-course Italian-inspired meal featuring:
- Appetizer: Arancini with Herb Gremolata
- Entrée: Fettuccine Bolognese
- Dessert: Limoncello Tiramisu
Your registration includes one complimentary beverage (wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic option). After that, additional beverages will be available for purchase through a cash bar.
Whether you're an experienced home chef or simply love great food, this hands-on evening is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with fellow Hardrockers, learn a few new culinary skills, and enjoy an unforgettable meal together.
Seats are limited, so reserve your spot early for this memorable evening of food, fun, and Hardrocker camaraderie!
