2026 NFP Holiday Marketplace featuring the North Pole Kids Zone

Calling All Vendors — NFP Holiday Marketplace 2026

Dear NFP Neighbors and Local Business Owners,

The holiday season is fast approaching, and we’re already getting ready to make the 2026 NFP Holiday Marketplace a special one!

We are now building our vendor roster and would love to have talented NFP businesses and businesses from surrounding communities join us for a festive day of shopping, connection, and holiday cheer.

NFP HOLIDAY MARKETPLACE

Saturday, November 14, 2026

This is an opportunity to showcase what you create, sell, bake, or design, while connecting with NFP families who are looking for unique gifts, holiday goodies, and special finds. We are looking for skilled artisans with amazing talents.

We’re welcoming a variety of vendors, including:

• Handmade crafts and décor
• Jewelry and accessories
• Boutique clothing and gifts
• Candles and home fragrances
• Artwork and personalized items
• Baked goods and specialty treats
• Holiday décor
• Beauty and wellness products
• Small businesses
• And so much more!

Vendor Participation

NFP Resident Business Owners: $50
Non-NFP Business Owners: $75

The vendor participation fee helps us cover event-related expenses, including food and refreshments for our participating vendors and the materials and crafts for our children's North Pole Kids Zone, located downstairs.

While parents shop and connect with vendors, our younger guests will have their own little holiday experience filled with crafts and festive activities!

For questions, please contact: social@northforkeplantation.com or see the FAQs down below.

We'd love to fill the Marketplace with an incredible variety of businesses, makers, creators, and entrepreneurs and make this a holiday shopping experience our community will look forward to year after year.

Come showcase what you do. Connect with your community. Shop local. Celebrate the season.

We can't wait to see what you'll bring to the Marketplace!
