About Gentle Warrior Yoga Flow

This all levels yoga class was created for a gentle start to your Saturday morning. Connect to your breath and awaken the body through mindful stretches, warrior 2, tree pose, and savasana: final relaxation.

After class, you can enjoy Crema Cafe located in the paseo and also shop Herpreneur Artisan Market.

What to bring:

Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle for hydration.

Weather:

This class is rain or shine. We have a covered space in the case of rain. However, class will be cancelled for severe thunderstorms. If class is cancelled, you will receive an email.

Parking:

Parking is not included with the yoga class. Parking garage entrance is on US1 - prices vary depending on arrival. Limited Pay by Phone parking spots outside of the hotel entrance. Valet is also available - prices vary depending on arrival.

Tickets are limited so please make sure to cancel your spot for someone else if you are no longer able to attend.
