William Pender has been working in mortgage lending for over 23 years. Before becoming a lender, he practiced real estate law and earned degrees from Davidson College and The University of South Carolina School of Law. William Pender also owned his own real estate company, The Home Buyers’ Group, LLC, focusing on buyer representation.
