Into the Long Shadows: A Long Shadows Wine Dinner

Founded by Allen Shoup in Washington’s Walla Walla Valley, Long Shadows Winery brings together acclaimed winemaking talent and exceptional vineyard sites to craft some of the region’s most celebrated wines. Throughout the evening, a Long Shadows Representative will be onsite to share the stories and character behind each featured wine. Chef Steven Swanson has thoughtfully paired each course with its accompanying wine, creating a menu designed to showcase the harmony between the dish and the glass.

Poached steelhead with basil and fennel dust, preserved lemon risotto & sun-dried hollandaise
