Conscious Women Circle is a weekly in-person gathering for women who are ready to heal, reconnect and come back to themselves. This is not a workshop. It is not a therapy session. It is something far older and far more powerful: women, in conscious space, doing real inner work together.

Every week, women arrive exactly as they are. Exhausted, lit up, searching, grieving, growing. All of it is welcome here.

What happens inside the circle

Each two-hour gathering is alive and intentional. No two circles are the same, because no two groups of women are the same. In the first hour, we drop inward through a blend of modalities chosen for the group that shows up that day. Somatic movement, breathwork, energy work, guided meditation, sharing circles, and healing practices all have a home here. We follow what the women need. We follow what the moment calls for.

In the second hour, we create. Through art and hands-on creative expression, whatever moved through you gets to take form. This is the time to integrate before daily life will carry on. Paint, paper, clay, collage. Your hands know things your mind is still figuring out.

Who this circle is for

Conscious Women Circle is for women at any stage of life who are seeking spiritual awakening, deeper self-awareness, emotional healing, and genuine sisterhood. Whether you are burned out and disconnected, walking through a life transition, or simply craving a space where you can breathe and be real, you belong here.

What to expect

• Weekly in-person women's circle, 2 hours per session
• Rotating modalities: breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, energy work, sharing circle, art therapy and creative expression
• Intimate group setting, held in a safe and conscious space
