Let's Make Tortellini!
About This Event
Tortellini is one of Italy’s most beloved pasta creations! It's a ring shaped pasta traditionally packed with savory pork loin, prosciutto, mortadella, and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Chef Charlie is back and will be teaching us show to make tortellini with stuffed with ricotta, served with brown butter and sage.
