💬 Live Remote Hosts (You’re Not Alone!)

Even though the game is fully self-guided, you aren’t exploring completely on your own! Throughout your adventure, you’ll be interacting with a live, remote interactive host via our app’s built-in chat features.

Our dedicated human hosts are on standby to:

• Review and score your creative photo submissions in real-time.
• Provide clever hints if your team gets stuck on a riddle.
• Send you surprise mystery challenges to boost your score!

⏱️ Flexible "Play Anytime" Schedule

Ignore the date and time on your Eventbrite ticket confirmation! Your tickets act as a fully flexible pass. You can play on any day of your choosing.

• Live Host Hours: OOur live interactive hosts are active Tuesday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We highly recommend starting your game during these daytime windows to get the full interactive experience!
• Off-Hours Play: Want to play later at night or on a Monday? Our automated game engine is live 24/7, so you can still complete the hunt even when our live hosts are offline.
• Duration: The average game takes about 2 hours, and teams typically walk around 2 miles. You can pause the app at any time to grab a bite to eat or explore a shop, and resume whenever you're ready.
