OT PT Professional Day

American International College (AIC) invites employers, healthcare organizations, and industry professionals to participate in our Professional Networking and Career Readiness Day for Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy students on November 3 at our Springfield, Massachusetts campus.

This event provides a unique opportunity to connect with emerging OT and PT professionals as they prepare to enter the workforce. Participating organizations will have the chance to engage with students, share information about their organization, discuss career pathways, and build relationships with potential future employees.

Employers can participate in two key components of the event:

• Networking & Tabling Area: Showcase your organization, highlight employment opportunities, discuss clinical experiences and career pathways, and connect directly with students interested in the OT and PT professions.
• Mock Interview Area: Conduct practice interviews and provide constructive feedback to students, helping them strengthen their interviewing skills, build confidence, and better prepare for the transition from the classroom to professional practice.

By participating, your organization will play an important role in supporting the professional development of future healthcare professionals while increasing visibility among a highly engaged group of OT and PT students.
