Full Moon Community Sound Bath in Springville, UT

Gather with me for a warm, candlelit Full Moon Sound Bath at Safe Haven Massage & Wellness Center in Springville, Utah, created as a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and listen to what this season of your life may be asking you to release.

We’ll begin with a custom-written guided meditation inspired by October’s Hunter Moon, creating space to reflect on what feels complete and what you may be ready to set down as you move forward.

From there, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound journey woven with the Crystal Tones crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments, allowing you to rest, receive, and settle more deeply into yourself.

No previous experience with sound baths or meditation is needed.

Come comfortable. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything you’d like to lie on. Pillows and additional blankets will be provided.

Space is limited.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.

Her certification as a cacao ceremony facilitator allows her to blend ancient plant wisdom with sound healing, creating multi-dimensional experiences for the soul.

Amber's work is guided by her passion for the moon, her deep love of music as medicine, and her unwavering commitment to helping others reclaim their innate freedom.
