Gateway Grind - Community Fitness Festival FREE

Gateway Grind is a community fitness and wellness festival hosted by Ready 2 Live Wellness, bringing together fitness, family, food, local businesses, and entertainment for an action-packed day in St. Louis.

Attendees will be able to experience fitness classes, competitions, demonstrations, wellness activities, local vendors, food and drinks, raffles, giveaways, and special events throughout the day. Whether you want to jump into a workout, watch a competition, discover a new local business, or simply enjoy the festival atmosphere, there will be something for everyone.

Bring the whole family! Gateway Grind will feature a dedicated Kids Zone along with youth fitness activities, games, challenges, giveaways, and other family-friendly experiences designed to keep kids moving and having fun.

You do not need to be an athlete or gym member to attend. Gateway Grind is about bringing the community together, trying something new, supporting local businesses, and showing that fitness can be fun for every age and ability level.

Come move, explore, compete, eat, shop, and spend the day with us at Gateway Grind.
