The Empowered & Unbound Woman is an afternoon built for women navigating change, hosted by four women who've done the work and are here to walk beside you. This gathering is not like your typical workshop. Think of it more like sitting with sisters who've been where you are — women who will hand you permission, clarity, and a little bit of joy, right alongside real, practical tools you can actually use.

What to expect
Across the afternoon, you'll move through guided sessions on permission, self-trust, identity, and expression, including guided art-making, a hands-on presence-and-play experience, and space to simply exhale among women who get it. Nothing here asks you to perform having it all figured out. It just asks you to show up. In fact, the physical space is relaxed, set like a living room to help provide a more comfortable environment for reflective work.

What you'll take home
Every guest leaves with a keepsake workbook to keep the reflection going long after the night ends, plus a few playful surprises along the way. Because joy and growth aren't opposites, they're partners.
