On Linda’s Birthday!Taking time to slow down, breathe, and simply be present with the ocean, spectacular sunset, and community feels like medicine for the nervous system. Experiences like this remind me how important rest, awareness, and connection are for our overall well-being.That timing is especially beautiful for a beach gathering where we can breathe in the fresh ocean air, ground ourselves in the sand and connect to beauty and expansiveness of Nature.The sky will glow with sunset colors until around 7:30 - 7:45pm making our “studio” burst with color and inspiration.Then, just as twilight deepens, the full moon will rise over the Gulf Coast’s eastern sky while there’s still some color lingering in the west.Sometimes we’re lucky like we were for the Harvest Moon during twilight we had that magical period when the colors of sunset and the rising full moon can both be visible. That is magical.These yogic ceremonies are offered by donation (suggested donation $20-33) and open to the community. Please only give what you can.
