6-7pm: Author Presentation, followed by Q & A, Book Signing and reception.
Join Wild Space Gallery and author James Chapin for a presentation of his debut novel Ride South Until the Sawgrass portraying the intertwined lives of cattle-ranching families in Old Florida and the wild landscape they shared during Florida's early statehood. Chapin has a background in environmental land management and currently works as a wildlife biologist. He worked as a script consultant for the major television series A Land Remembered being filmed in Florida this year.
