Vinyasa • Movement • All Levels

Start your Saturday moving, breathing, and feeling GOOD. This more active vinyasa flow blends intentional movement, great music, and a little sweat while remaining welcoming to all levels.

Then linger awhile. 🌿 Explore the gardens, wander through the gallery, browse the plant nursery, and enjoy lunch or tea at the tea café, open Saturdays at Red Feather Studios.

Saturday Morning Reverence

Join us every Saturday at 10:00 AM for Morning Reverence, a guided meditation experience created for anyone longing to begin their day with a little more peace, presence, and intention.

Whether you have never meditated before or have an established practice, you are welcome here. This is a gentle, accessible space where you can simply arrive as you are, settle into your breath, and be guided inward.

Each gathering offers an opportunity to pause before the momentum of the week begins, quiet the outside noise, and reconnect with the sacred space within yourself.

No experience is necessary. There is nothing to get right and nowhere else you need to be.

After meditation, you’re invited to linger a little longer. The Blue Sun Tea Bar will be open for lunch, offering a beautiful opportunity to nourish your body and connect with community.

Saturday at 10:00 AM

$11 per person

Come sit. Come breathe. Come back to yourself.
