Sound Bath Meditation With Pamela - Thursdays at 11AM
About This Event
Join us for a rejuvenating experience every Thursday at 11:00 AM.
Held under the trees in Walter Fuller Park in St. Pete.
In the case of summer inclement weather or extreme heat we will meet indoors in a nearby air-conditioned common room. Details and directions will be emailed upon registration.
Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned soul-seeker, this gentle, restorative session will help you:
- Release stress and tension
- Realign your energy
- Reconnect with your inner calm
All you need is a mat or blanket and an open heart.
Love donations are warmly welcomed.
🌀 Let the healing tones guide you inward. Breathe. Rest. Receive.
