Yin & Sound
About This Event
Every Friday
(5:00–5:45 PM)
Follow the 5 Tibetan Rites with a slow, restorative descent into stillness. This Yin & Sound class blends deep, floor-based yin postures held long enough to release tension from the connective tissue & fascia with the gentle resonance of rain stick, chimes and traditional singing bowls, guiding you into a state of deep rest and presence.
There's no rushing here just breath, stillness, and sound working together to quiet the nervous system and leave you feeling grounded and renewed heading into the weekend.
Bring: a yoga mat and water
Space is limited to 10 students — reserve your spot early
