If you follow me on Instagram, you already know how much I love getting outside, wandering through the woods, finding little hidden spots, sitting by the water and just taking a minute to breathe.

And y’all are always asking me where I’m hiking or saying you want to come — so I figured, why not actually get a group together?

We’ll meet at Mianus River Park for a relaxed community hike. This isn’t a race and you don’t have to be some experienced hiker. We’re getting outside, moving our bodies, enjoying the fall scenery, meeting some good people and taking some time to reconnect with nature.

I’ll start us off with a quick grounding moment, and then we’ll hit the trail. 🌿

Come comfortable, bring some water and be ready to explore.

This first hike is FREE, but RSVP is required and space is limited.
