✨ GET GROUNDED WITH THE GOLDEN GODDESS ✨

Get in alignment with yourself to elevate.

Sometimes you don't need to have all the answers. Sometimes you simply need a safe space to slow down, breathe, unpack, reconnect, and come back home to yourself.

Join The Golden Goddess for the Get Grounded Series, an intimate wellness experience designed to support greater alignment of the mind, body, spirit, soul—and your chakra energy.

This isn't about being perfect or having everything figured out. Come as you are.

Together, we'll create a welcoming space to explore self-awareness, self-care, personal empowerment, and meaningful connection with others who are also choosing to become more intentional about their wellness.

✨ WHAT TO EXPECT

Each gathering may include an intentional mixture of:

📓 Journaling & Reflection — Put your thoughts on paper, explore what's beneath the surface, and create space for greater clarity.

💬 Empowering Topic Discussions — Honest conversations around self-love, boundaries, relationships, stress, confidence, purpose, healing, vulnerability, and becoming more aligned with yourself.

🌈 Chakra Awareness & Alignment — Explore the seven chakras and how grounding, mindfulness, reflection, movement, breath, and sound can support your personal wellness practice.

🌬️ Breathwork & Meditation — Slow down, reconnect with your breath, and bring your awareness back to the present moment.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Gentle Yoga & Movement — Release tension and reconnect with your body through accessible, intentional movement.

🎶 Sound Bowl Meditation — Relax into the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and give yourself permission to simply BE.

💛 Connection & Togetherness — Meet others with like-minded energy in an atmosphere centered around encouragement, authenticity, and mutual respect.

THIS IS YOUR SPACE TO UNLOCK & UNPACK ✨

You don't have to carry everything into tomorrow.

Bring what you've been holding. Explore what needs your attention. Take what serves you—and give yourself permission to release what doesn't.

The intention of Get Grounded is to provide a supportive wellness space where you can pause from everyday demands, practice self-reflection, connect with others, and discover tools that may support your own continued journey of growth and self-care.

This is not group therapy or a substitute for professional mental health treatment. It's an intentional wellness and community experience centered around self-care, reflection, empowerment, and connection.

COME AS YOU ARE.
