Peri, Menopause and Me!

Your journey through the change doesn't have to be a lonely one.

Join us for Peri, Menopause & Me — a Luncheon and real talk about navigating perimenopause and menopause together. A morning of honest conversation, sisterhood, and practical wisdom for Black women in the middle of the change.

This is not just a brunch. This is a sisterhood.

FEATURED SPEAKERS

Dr. Michelle E. Cooke
Sol Direct Primary Care & MedSpa · Author

Dr. Cooke is a practicing physician and author of What No One Told Us. She'll lead our conversation on what's really happening in your body during perimenopause and menopause — explained clearly, honestly, and without the shame.

What she will cover:
— What perimenopause actually is (and why no one warned you)
— Symptoms that are normal vs. worth flagging to your doctor
— Navigating the healthcare system as a Black woman going through the change
— First steps you can take THIS WEEK to feel more like yourself

Books will be available for purchase and signing at the event.

Kisha Young
Peptide Expert

Kisha's own GLP-1 journey led her deep into researching peptides — and she'll share her personal experience, including what worked, what didn't, and what she wishes she'd known sooner. (Shared for informational purposes only — not medical advice.)
