We'll explore the patterns that can keep us stuck, why knowing what we want doesn't always make it easy to move forward, and what can begin to happen when we recognize what we've been repeating.

There is no blame and no shame in this room. You don't have to share anything you don't want to share, and no one is coming to “fix” you.

The goal is awareness.
