Some people come to Reiki because they feel called to help others.
Some come because they are tired of absorbing every emotion in the room.
Some have felt warmth, tingling, or energy moving through their hands for years and have never known what to do with it.
Others are simply searching for a gentler, more grounded way to care for themselves.
Wherever you are beginning, you are welcome here.
Reiki does not require you to be psychic.
It does not require you to have previous healing experience.
It does not require you to have everything figured out.
It simply asks that you arrive willing to learn, practice, listen, and receive.
This immersive weekend will guide you through both Reiki I and Reiki II in person, giving you a complete and credible foundation for practicing Reiki with yourself, your loved ones, and others.
Over two full days, you will receive the teachings, attunements, guided practice, personal support, and practical experience needed to understand Reiki beyond the pages of a book.
You will feel it.
You will practice it.
You will learn how to trust it.
And you will leave knowing what to do with the gift that has been placed in your hands.
✨ You have been curious about Reiki but did not know where to begin.
✨ You are sensitive to other people’s emotions or environments and want a grounded energetic practice.
✨ You are a caregiver, parent, nurse, massage therapist, coach, counselor, spiritual practitioner, or wellness professional who wants another way to support the people you serve.
✨ You want to learn Reiki for your own personal healing, spiritual development, or self care.
✨ You have taken Reiki before but never felt confident using it.
✨ You are ready to stop collecting information and begin developing an actual practice.
✨ You sense that Reiki may become part of your professional path, even if you do not yet know what that path will look like.
You do not have to know whether Reiki will become a career.
It can first become a way to come home to yourself.

You will receive direct guidance while you work so that you are not sent home with a certificate and no confidence in how to use what you have learned.

There is something deeply valuable about learning Reiki in a shared physical space.
You are able to ask questions as they arise.
You receive immediate guidance while practicing.
You experience how Reiki feels through different hands and different bodies.
You build confidence through real interaction rather than watching from behind a screen.
You become part of a living Reiki community.
This class is limited to only 18 students.
That makes it small enough for individual attention and personal guidance, while still allowing you to experience the beauty and strength of Reiki moving through a group.
Jenny “Mama Agape” Mitchell is a Reiki Master Teacher, Myrrhophore, sacred ceremonialist, sound healer, clinical hypnotherapist, and creator of the Agape C.U.E. Method, and Halo & Earth Sacred Anointing Pathway.
She brings more than technique into the classroom.
She teaches Reiki as both a practical healing art and a sacred relationship.
Her classes are warm, grounded, experiential, inclusive, and deeply human. Questions are welcomed. Different beliefs are respected. No one is expected to perform spirituality or pretend to feel something they do not feel.
You will be encouraged to trust your own experience while receiving the structure, ethics, and practical skills needed to practice Reiki with integrity.
