About This Event
We're exploring some of the wines of central Mexico from Bajio's sparkling wine of Queretaro to the unique blends of Tres Raices in Guanajuato. Chef Aja and the kitchen team have come up with a stellar 5 course meal (that happens to be totally vegetarian & gluten free friendly).
